Orchid Family Medical

Located on Main Street above the IDA Pharmacy, our aim is to treat acute health issues with an emphasis in preventative medicine. The medical clinic offers a multidisciplinary model with the medical doctor leading a team of health-care professionals. Through this collaboration, the doctors can diagnose and treat acute illness but also screen for future health concerns and disabilities.

We offer a wide range of OHIP and non-OHIP covered services to provide total health-care.

We are a family practice clinic

We are not a public walk-in clinic.

Our practice is currently staffed by five family physicians. Patients are welcome to schedule appointments during our business hours.

Each physician allocates a limited number of urgent care slots throughout the day.

Please be advised that Dr Fakour will be away on Friday October 17th and Tuesday October 21st as well as Tuesday November 18th!

Dr Flor Fakour and Dr Sarah Alkhalaf are located in Orchid Medical 2 Clinic, which is located on the main floor of the building (next to the IDA Pharmacy).

Please Welcome Dr Flor Fakour. We are happy to announce that she has taken over Dr Trinh’s roster of patients!

Dr Alkhalaf has moved to Orchid Medical 2 at 6212 Main Street, suite 102B (Next to the IDA Pharmacy)

Urgent Care services for Orchid patients are available on Saturday from 8:30am-11:30am on a walk-in basis.

Caroline Johnson is our in clinic Psychotherapist and she is now booking appointments, please use our website to book online or you may call the office to arrange an appointment with her!

The clinic is closed daily for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, during which time phone calls will not be attended to.

We’re excited to announce that we have now expanded and have a new clinic on the main floor right next to the IDA pharmacy in the same building!

Urgent Care services are available for Orchid patients on Saturdays on a walk-in basis, and appointments are not required.
