Hours:
MONDAY – THURSDAY – 5PM – 8PM (Orchid Medical Centre)
FRIDAYS – 3PM – 6PM
(At Dr. Alkhalaf’s Office – 12287 Tenth Line, Shoppers Drug Mart Plaza)
SATURDAYS – 8:30AM – 11:30PM (Orchid Medical Centre)
If you require an Urgent Care appointment please call or email to book an appointment on weekdays. Please call the office before 5 to book an Urgent Care appointment. We reserve the right to close down the urgent care earlier if we have reached capacity. For Saturday, our Urgent Care is walk-in and no pre-booked appointment is necessary.
Urgent Care services are available for Orchid patients on a walk-in basis, and appointments are not required.

Which physician runs the after-hours clinic?
Physicians within the Family Health Organization (FHO) take turns managing clinic responsibilities each day. While staff members are unable to reveal the identity of the on-call physician, they can inform you whether the physician is male or female.
