Dr Christopher Blom
Dr. Christopher Blom completed his residency at the University of Toronto and is a fully licensed member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He has an interest in comprehensive family medicine and acute care medicine. During his free time, he enjoys hockey, soccer, and spending time with family.

Dr. Vivian Trinh
Dr. Vivian Trinh completed her residency at the University of Toronto and is a fully licensed member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She has an interest in preventative health and chronic disease management. During her free time, she enjoys travelling, biking, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Gajan Krishna
Dr. Gajan Krishna completed his residency at The University of Toronto Family Medicine Program and is a fully licensed member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He has an interest in Geriatrics, minor office procedures and surgical assisting. During his free time, he enjoys jogging and spending time with his family.

Dr Jisha Thomas
Pediatrician
Dr. Thomas completed her residency at Cohen Children's Medical Centre in Queens, New York. She is a Board-Certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a CPSO Recognized Specialist in Pediatrics.

Iris Yi Wu
Aesthetic nurse practitioner
Iris earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Toronto and her Master of Nursing in the Nurse Practitioner program from the University of British Columbia. In addition to aesthetics, she has a keen interest in travel medicine. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing Pokémon Go and spending quality time with her family.
