These services necessitate a considerable investment of the physician’s professional time and office resources. In light of the financial realities of medical practice, we are unable to offer these services at no cost. Consequently, we must charge for these uninsured services.

Enrolling in the comprehensive Annual Block Fee may lead to significant savings should additional uninsured services be required throughout the year. Please follow the link below to view a list of uninsured services that are either fully covered or available at a discounted rate with the Annual Block Fee. Patients who opt not to enroll in this optional fee may pay for individual uninsured services at the time they are rendered.

Please be aware that the services included in this plan are applicable only when provided by the patient’s family doctor. If a patient requests an uninsured medical service from a physician other than their primary care provider, a fee for that service may be incurred. This policy also applies to any family doctor who may substitute for your primary care provider during their absence.
